The Disability Service Support Surveys are your opportunity to provide feedback about the support and guidance you have received from our team and external support providers. Both surveys will give you the chance to tell us your thoughts about your experience. It is also your opportunity to tell us what you have found useful and suggest areas that you feel could be improved upon.
The feedback you provide will help shape the service delivered. Also, every eligible student who completes the survey will be included in a prize draw with a chance to win a £25 Amazon voucher.
Typically the Support Satisfaction survey launches in March every year and the Disability Service feedback survey launches in May. Both Surveys are open for a month and the winner is picked and announced within a fortnight of the survey closing. Further details of the survey closing date and announcement of the winner will be included in the survey invitation email.
The Disability Service feedback survey is aimed at all current students that are registered with our service. The support satisfaction survey is aimed at current students accessing non-medical helper support. Students who are eligible will be emailed a link to the survey once it has opened.
The survey is anonymous and all of your responses will be held in the strictest confidence. We will only contact you regarding any of your responses if you request us to respond to your feedback, wish to enter the prize draw or if you opt in to our focus group.
"They listen, are not judgemental and are welcoming."
"Always have a fast response which is very helpful and I am always helped fully."
