Fifteen distinguished speakers will grapple with the theme “Think Different, Think Again” when TEDx University of Bolton returns in October. The student-led conference will bring together innovative thinkers from across the university and the community to explore ideas for our collective future under the TED ethos of ‘ideas worth spreading’. This will take place on Thursday 24 October at the university’s Institute of Management.
The aim is to foster learning, inspiration and wonder, and to provoke conversations that matter. The audience will consist of students, academics and members of the local community.
TED, which stands for Technology, Entertainment & Design, is a globally recognised brand started in 1984. TED Talks are short and powerful. They share an idea in less than 18 minutes.
