Occupational Health

Clinical and healthcare students on some courses are required to wear a uniform during their practice learning experience. You will order your uniform online, directly through the supplier’s website (Alexandra’s). During the first week of the course we will send all registered students on applicable programmes an email that contains a link to the online order form.

This email will also contain: 

• Fitting guidance: You will receive links to guidance videos on how to measure yourself and information on how the uniforms should fit.

• Deadline for completion of the order: In order for uniforms to be delivered in time for your first placement, there will be a short time-frame where you can submit your order. 

• Student Uniform & Professional Behaviour Policy: You will also receive a copy of the University’s policy. It is important that you read this information as it is relevant to your placement.

The online ordering system will be closed on the deadline stated. Your order will be sent to the address inputted into the ordering form as soon as the uniforms have been produced (around 4-6 weeks). The day before the delivery, you will receive an email from Alexandra’s confirming the return/exchange process if needed. Please note that they will not receive any returns after the deadline stated. Please note for some clinical courses, the uniforms will be delivered to the University for distribution before your placement or clinical skills sessions commence.

Please ensure you register and activate your University email address within the first week of your course so that you can order your uniform in a timely manner.  There will be a follow up process for late registrants, but this will delay production and delivery of the uniform.
