Jo is a qualified Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) and started as a member of the ODP lecturing team at the University of Bolton in 2020.
Jo supported students in the clinical environment, worked one day a week teaching BTEC Health and Social Care and felt that she would like to develop this further.
In 2018 Jo completed a PGCE in Science and is now in the process of completing an MEd Professional Development in Education.
