The University of Bolton, Academic Centre – Ras Al Khaimah was first established in 2008 and is licensed by the Academic Zone, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), Government of Ras Al Khaimah. The Academic Centre specializes in areas such as; Accounting, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computing, Business Management, Law, and Psychology. Students from various academic backgrounds and levels can join the University of Bolton, Academic Centre as a means to earn their Undergraduate and Post Graduate degrees. All Academic programs are housed together in this campus alongside the foundation programmes which we offer as an approved entry route onto the University of Bolton Programmes.

After 16 years of presence in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates and being the first UK university in the Northern Emirate, we are strengthening our presence in building and constructing a brand-new campus. The new campus development is a milestone for the University of Bolton, aligning with the university’s strategic mission of edification of the Emirate and capacity building into the age of architectural intelligence.

In keeping with the vision of building and creating environments of learning and development for futurists, the University of Bolton has now set out to build a 40,000 sq. foot state of the art purpose-built campus in Ras Al Khaimah that can comfortably accommodate over 1500 students in Phase 1 on land leased out by the RAKEZ (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone). The Phase 1 completion is set for October 2025.The Phase 2 will include specialized IT & Engineering labs, extra-curricular facilities that will be commissioned by January 2026.
