University Becomes First Institution to Deliver Dedicated FM Degree Apprenticeship

Here at the University of Bolton we are delighted to have been approved as an IWFM Recognised Centre. This will allow us to be able to deliver the IWFM Level 6 Extended Diploma as part of a dual award with our BSc (Hons) in Facilities and Built Asset Management programme. We are the first University to have been approved to offer this dedicated Degree Apprenticeship in Facilities Management.

Together, these two qualifications form the necessary requirements for the Senior/Head of Facilities Management Degree at Apprenticeship standard. Since the Level 6 qualification was introduced, this is the first course of its kind. For those individuals who are looking for Apprenticeships in the North West, this offers a new and exciting opportunity to study Facilities Management (FM) at this particular level. Our courses will start this autumn.
