Sports Centre Activity Bookings
We have a variety of activities on offer here at the UOB Sports and Wellness Centre which we categorise as below. Please see what suits you best and then check the Activity Finder to book on. Remember to use the filter feature to check by days of the week, specific sport type etc!
Wellbeing Workouts – workouts designed to give you a little boost, whether to help you de-stress, relax, meet people or just enhance fitness! Beginners are very welcome with the instructor adapting exercises accordingly.
Social Sports – Fun social sessions in a variety of sports. Beginners, returners and seasoned players all welcome! It’s all about giving it a go and having fun!
Club Sports – although these sessions will still be fun and friendly the Club Sports Sessions are a little more serious with clubs training for competitions or fixtures. Rusty or returning players are still very welcome though! Clubs always need large squads so please book and give it a try!
Climbing Wall - The UOB Climbing Wall is available for casual use to competent climbers and social sport sessions are available for beginners.
Sports Hall Hire - The UOB Sports Hall is available for hire for a range of activities such as badminton, basketball, 5 a side football. Give us a call to book some space.
