Paul Addai-Boateng

Paul is an experienced student counsellor who has worked with students since 2008. Prior to joining the University of Bolton in 2021, he worked with the British Council and a number of reputable agencies in Africa and in the UK. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in assisting students and agents in the Middle East, Africa and Europe.

Academically, Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Cape Coast Ghana and a Masters in Development Economics and Policy from the University of Manchester UK. Once an International student and having gone through the student visa route, Paul understands the needs of students as well as the requirements of UKVI and therefore works to ensure that students needs are met within UKVI rules.

Paul is passionate about helping young people and spends some time outside work to support the youth in his church and community. He loves football and is an ardent Chelsea FC fan. Finally, Paul loves travelling and will be super excited to meet you in your country to discuss your future studies with the University of Bolton.
