After gaining a BEd, an advanced certificate in Marketing, postgraduate diploma in marketing and MSc in Marketing Management, I have taught marketing at the University of Chester whilst pursuing my PhD study at the same university. I completed my PhD study at the University of Chester in 2014 and subsequently joined the University of Bolton in June 2014.
My research output spans over four years with publications in the Journal of Marketing Development and Competitiveness and in the reading books for the Global Business and Technology Association in 2015 and 2018. I have presented at the Global Business and Technology Association conferences in Thailand in 2018 and Lisbon in 2015. I have also presented at the Academy of Marketing Science Conference in Monterey, California, USA in 2013 and at an International Conference on the American Presidential Elections hosted by the British Library Conference Centre in London in 2012. I have further presented at university and faculty level.
Apart from these research endeavours, I have hosted a political marketing conference at the University of Chester which evaluated the merits and demerits of the UK 2010 general elections campaigns.
I am a reviewer of the Journal of Global Business and Technology Association and Journal of Public Affairs. I am also a Track Chair for Marketing at the Global Business and Technology Association.
I enjoy a variety of sports including football. I am a keen follower of Manchester United. I like to meet new people and enjoy learning about different cultures. I am a family person so when I am not working, I like spending time with my family. I am an avid reader hence I like to read books and journals on my teaching subjects and on faith and other topical issues. I am a good follower of politics and campaign practices in old and new democracies with a particular interest in the Southern African region.
