Are you a student of nursing or midwifery? The global pandemic has put a lot of strain on this field of medicine. But the students at the University of Bolton stand together, and stand strong.

1. Nurses make up over half of all medical students!
Becoming a nurse is one of the most rewarding jobs you can have within the medical world, and there’s a great student community for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
Across the NHS, there are around 330,000 nurses and midwives (compared to around 150,000 doctors). And this year, there has been a record number of students applying for nursing courses due to the impact of COVID-19.
