Current research interests
The main focus of R&D is in the fields of smart multifunctional materials (fibres, films and foams), and passive and active electromagnetic irradiation phenomena. Specific areas include:
Self-power regenerators and energy conversion systems (piezoelectric and electrostrictive)
Metamorphic materials-electrorheological and magnetorheological fluids
Passive microwave thermal radiometry
Active power microwave irradiation interactions Atmospheric micro-plasma applications
