This is the Environmental Sustainability Committee’s Call to Action for our Sustainable Futures event week commencing 29 November 2021.
Do you want to be part of The University’s mission to be Green and Clean for the next generation? Do you want to make a positive difference to the lives of others? Do you want to be part of the University’s legacy? Then please make a Green Pledge Commitment to attend The University of Bolton’s first Environmental Sustainability Event week beginning 29 November 2021.
The event is taking place all week from Monday 29 November 2021 – Friday 3 December 2021. There are a number of events ranging from calculating your own Carbon Footprint with the WWF Carbon Footprint Calculator, to fun interactive Reduce, Reuse and Recycle games in the Social Learning Zone. Win a hamper filled with sustainable gifts, and a mountain bike to explore Bolton’s green spaces. Make a pledge to make small changes that will make a big impact, so we can reduce our carbon footprint on this planet.
We have top tips, fun and interactive games and an opportunity to have a Chat-a-Latte natter, and a free hot drink, with the Student Life team who want to know what you think about Environmental Sustainability at the University of Bolton.
Please join us online and in the Social Learning Zone from the 29 November to the 3 December 2021 at The University of Bolton.
Make a pledge to make a difference and come and say hi to the Student Life Team.
