Your comments are very important to us and we welcome feedback at all times. In order to improve our customer satisfaction levels we have introduced a HR Customer Satisfaction Improvement Plan for 2016/2017. This is a new development and one which demonstrates our commitment to you as our customers.
The HR Customer Satisfaction Improvement Plan has arisen directly from some of the customer feedback we have recieved in 2015/16.
