I have a BSc (Hons) Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. For a short time, I worked for the Co-operative Insurance Society in HR where I was involved in selection and assessment. I then moved on to work for the Civil Service, where I stayed for the following ten years.
It was whilst working in this post that I achieved Chartered Psychologist status in 2009. Areas of interest include vocational rehabilitation, working with employers to encourage supportive environments, employee engagement, leadership, positive communication, occupational stress, health and well-being at work, career guidance and coaching.
