After graduating her degree in BA (Hons) Make-up for Media and Performance, Jessica gained an array of professional credits including a postiche maker and wig knotter for the Wig Store London, certified make-up artist for Bobbi Brown UK and being a daily make-up and hair artist for television and theatre productions.
Following the acquisition of industry experience, Jessica was keen to explore teaching hair and make-up artistry within the higher education sector. Jessica started lecturing in make-up for media and performance in 2017 and joined the special make-up effects course at the University of Bolton in 2019.
Jessica looks forward to developing her qualifications further and is currently undertaking a PG Cert in Creative Education, to which she has gained the required credentials to become and Associate Fellow. Jessica has also completed the University of Bolton & Advance HE Professional Development Course (PDC) for External Examiners.
