Dr Tara Chandler

Programme Leader | BSc (Hons) Criminological and Forensic Psychology

Tara is a Chartered Psychologist (DARPT) and has held academic positions in teaching and research from 2008. Currently, Tara lectures across undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and supervises both MSc and BSc honours projects.

Tara completed her PhD in 2020 (Long-term associations of traditional school bullying) and is continuing research in the field. Tara’s other research interests included: human-animal interaction, emotional intelligence and hierarchical societies. Tara’s research is underpinned by progressive mixed methodology and social theory. Tara is published in qualitative, quantitative and mixed methodologies.
