"Clearing was extremely stressful, but when one of the lecturers called me to walk me through what Bolton has to offer and how they would accommodate me, I felt so comfortable and could ask questions and guarantee that the answers were specific for the course. They helped talk through the options for the other universities I was considering and provided their insight and opinions about what I should do. I did not feel pressured but rather reassured that I was making the right decision for me. When the call ended, they told me to take a while to make my choice and then to call back or email once I had, even if I decided not to choose Bolton. I knew then that Bolton was the university for me."
