For many people, the athletes of our society are people to aspire to. Cheering for them, supporting the team they play for or following them on social media, there are many ways to get involved with sporting events and working in a sports career.
One way to get up close to all the action is by working in sports alongside these incredible athletes. You may all know about David Beckham, but he’ll tell you about the sports rehabilitation clinics that helped him overcome injuries throughout his footballing career. It is often the people who work in the background alongside these athletes that help them on their path to greatness.
The University of Bolton’s Sports Rehabilitation with Foundation Year degree offers industry-approved training, making you ready for a sports career working with sportsmen and women as well as active members of the public.
The foundation year offers an excellent grounding in the fundamentals of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics alongside study skills development, and it is designed to prepare you for degree-level study and a career working in sports.
