Dr Rebecca Woolley from Teacher Education was voted 'Outstanding Lecturer of the Year' by her trainee teachers.
Every year Bolton SU asks students to nominate the staff, student reps and societies at the University of Bolton, in the Student-Led Teaching Awards.
This is the students' opportunity to say a big "thank you" to the teaching staff that make the University of Bolton work, and the extraordinary commitment they show to enhancing the student experience and giving outstanding lectures.
The winners are chosen by a panel of students and senior staff members from the university. Lecturers are chosen based on the quality of the feedback given on the teaching and learning experience from student nominations.
Rebecca is a personal tutor for the maths (Numeracy) Initial Teacher Training (ITT) group and is responsible for the trainee maths teachers training to teach in the Further Education (FE) and Skills Sector.
