Senior Lecturer in International Management
With a BA, MA and Postgraduate Certificate in Research Methods, prior to joining the university I lectured at the University of Central Lancashire and the Central University in Warsaw, Poland.
My academic interests cover postcolonial theory, international management, cross-cultural management, management of diverse teams, and equality and diversity management, while my main research interests are connected with managerial interaction with Central and Eastern Europe, an area in which I have extensive consultancy experience.
My research work adopts a critical approach and focuses primarily on postcolonial theory, as well as cross-cultural management, critical management studies and research methods.
