Your contract with the University
When we make you an offer to study at the University we are entering into a contract with you. This contract will be updated throughout different stages of the admissions process and during your time as a student with us.
Information contained within your offer and enrolment letters form an essential part of this contract along with information contained in the following key documents which applicants and students should ensure they have read and understood before accepting an offer and enrolling with the University:

- Course Fees Policy [PDF] – this information relates to payment and liability for fees, international tuition fee deposits and refunds.
By accepting an offer and enrolling with the University you will also be asked to agree to comply with the rules, regulations and other provisions and requirements, policies and procedures of the University including amongst other things:

Complaints and Appeals for Applicants
If you are unhappy with the way your application has been handled or wish to request a review of the decision made on your application then you should contact the Admissions Team in the first instance. If you are still not happy then should consult the Complaints and Appeals Process for Applicants.
