Dr. Saston Arthur Kanthonga is a visiting supervisor for Ph.D. students at the Centre for Islamic Finance, the University of Bolton. Obtained a Ph.D. degree in economics and an M.Sc. degree in International Business and Management at the University of Central Lancashire. Attained a Bachelor of Divinity and Bachelor of Arts in Theology at the University of London and the University of Manchester respectively. Also studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Malawi. Also, attained a Professional Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) at the University of Bolton. Saston worked as a Technical Supervisor at British Oxygen Company (BOC) in Malawi, where he developed a set of transferable skills.
