There are various ways in which you can contact IT Support here at the university.
IT Support Desk
Come and speak to us directly. We have merged with the Library Desk and are now called the Help Desk and are located in the Link Zone within the Library.
We can assist you with any IT related queries such as help with your network account, difficulties with your username and password, problems with Res-Net, wireless access and email problems. You can, also purchase software such as SPSS and SSADM and have your assignments bound.
Opening times of the IT Support Desk are:

IT Support Surgeries
Campus Connectivity & Res-Net Surgery Sessions have been set up twice a week to help with issues such as connecting to the university’s wireless network, Res-Net problems and antivirus software information. The IT Support Surgery Desk is located in the design area (E2 on the 1st floor) of the Design Studio (based in Senate House).
The sessions are:

Just turn up on the day. Appointment booking not required.
