The Chaplaincy: not just for those of faith but here for everybody

We are back after the Easter break and now heading for the final weeks of teaching and exams in a couple of weeks. This can be a very stressful time for everyone and sometimes you just need to put the books down and have a short quiet break. If you need a chat come to see one of the Chaplains. I am available at the times below and Father Andrew is usually in the Chaplaincy on Tuesday mornings.

Need to relax and let go of the stress there are the following events that might help.

Meditation and Stories on Wednesday 1.15-1.45 lead by Chaplain Stephen

Let go of Stress, Thursdays, 12.45-1pm, lead by Tumo, the Buddhist Chaplain, drop in meditation session

We also have Anglican Holy Communion on Wednesday at 12.35 in the Quiet Room, open to all

Muslim Friday Prayers at 1.30 in the Prayer Room

If you are worried and just need someone to talk to come and see me. I won’t be judgemental or try to talk religion. If you just need a quiet place to get your thoughts together the Quiet Room is available in the chaplaincy.

During term time you can find me in the chaplaincy on Monday, 9.00-11.00, Wednesday 10.00-16.00 and Friday 10.00-14.00. If you are passing call in.

I can be contacted at other times by emailing ku.ca1513558748.notl1513558748ob@ll1513558748ig.ni1513558748alpah1513558748c1513558748 or calling 01204 903415 and leaving a message.
