Along with a first-class BSc in Architectural Technology and an MSc in Planning Sustainable Environments, Nooshin has 20 years’ experience as an architectural technologist. Gaining over 10 years’ experience in industry in the Middle East (Iran and Turkey) and the UK, she also has 9 years’ experience in academia at the University of Bolton and as a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (FHEA).

Nooshin is a Chartered member of Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and an active regional committee member holding responsibility as the regional CPD officer. She is also a special task issues member for CIAT. Her professional activities also extend to the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA), where she is a Practitioner member.

Nooshin's research interests include building information management, contract administration, dispute resolution, sustainable development and ethics.

Recently she has been appointed Employee Forum representative for the School of Engineering at the University of Bolton. She also holds the roles of Erasmus Co-ordinator and Enhanced Personal Tutor for Built Environment & Civil Engineering.
