You said you would like better access to resources.

We procured a discovery service (Summon) which will be operational by the end of the year and rolled out in early 2015. “Discover@Bolton” will help users find resources more easily across the range of platforms.

You said You said you would like more books and journals
We did

We have extended the Journals area.  Current issues and back copies of journals have been amalgamated.  Some journals which were previously in the store in Holts Mill are currently in the process of being integrated with the main library journals. The current journals are now shelved with the back copies and we have plans to have a more visible, smaller selection on display.

We increased the budget for printed and electronic books by 10%.
