Have your say!
The University Programme Satisfaction Survey (UPSS) is your opportunity to share your views about your time at the University so far - what you have enjoyed, and what you feel can be improved.
Every eligible University of Bolton student who takes part in the UPSS 2017 will be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win one of three cash prizes (£50, £30 and £20)! Winners will be notified by email by 16th June 2017 and the results will be announced on the University website by 30th June 2017.
The UPSS 2017 launches at the University of Bolton on 16th January 2017 and closes on 26th May 2017.
Who is eligible?
The UPSS 2017 is aimed at undergraduate students who are not eligible for the NSS 2017, including our students studying at partner institutions and overseas centres. Students studying towards Access to Higher Education Diplomas are also eligible to take part.
If you are eligible for the UPSS 2017 you will receive an email with a personalised link to complete the survey during the week commencing 16th January 2017. Non-respondents will receive further follow-up emails. You may opt out of the survey at any point during the fieldwork.
What will the UPSS ask me?
The UPSS will allow you to provide valuable feedback on a range of topics, including your views about the quality of learning, teaching, assessment and feedback, learning resources such as the library and IT facilities, as well as the way in which your course was organised. It is, therefore, really important that you provide us with your feedback so we can continue to improve the student experience.
