And feedback proformas are being piloted – if successful this will be rolled out across the school as appropriate.

Semesterisation has been identified as a contributing factor and we are considering changing to year-long rather than semesterised modules.

We have also undertaken staff questionnaires and will be bringing in student focus groups in January, to identify specific problems in relation to assessment practices which will be used to formulate the school assessment policy.
