Student Services

Welcome, we're here to help

Student Services is based in the Student Centre, Chancellors Mall. The team of Student Advisors offer information, advice and guidance on a wide range of student support issues. These include International Students|Accommodation|, Careers|, Spirituality (Chaplaincy)|,  Counselling|, Disability|Volunteering|, Enrolment and Student Finance|, Harassment and Bullying|. They can also refer you and make appointments for you to see specialist staff. Private interview room facilities are available on request. An induction loop facility for the deaf and hard of hearing is also available.

The Student Entitlement Statement describes the service all students (full-time, part-time, undergraduate, postgraduate and those on short courses) may expect from the University of Bolton and the responsibilities students are expected to exercise in return. Click here| to view.

We welcome feedback by users about the service we provide. A suggestions/comments box is provided in the Student Centre. All feedback received is considered when reviewing the service provided.
