Student Services issue a private accommodation list to all Students at the University of Bolton. The list comprises of properties that are offered to students by private landlords. It includes bed-sitting rooms, shared houses and house shares with resident owners. The list is intended as a source of information and a means of providing the widest possible choice of places and prices. The accommodation is not inspected by Student Services staff and students use their own judgement when viewing properties. We regret that we are unable to take properties outside of a 3 mile radius of the University of Bolton.
Landlords seeking to let private accommodation have a statutory responsibility to ensure that they comply with legislation concerning the safety of gas appliances and the fire safety of foam filled furniture supplied as part of any letting.
In order to advertise your property please obtain a Landlord Application pack from Student Services. The Landlord application pack contains a four page application form requesting information on the type of property you have, financial and contractual details. You will be required to provide us with your completed application form and an original current gas safety certificate. The original gas certificate will be returned to you.
