If you have experienced an issue with the services that we provide please try and resolve this with us first by speaking to one of the Disability Advisors or the Senior Disability Advisor. At that point if you are not happy with the way we have handled your complaint you should use the University's complaints procedure||.
DSAG
The Disabled Students Action Group (DSAG) is another way to feedback on the experiences of disabled students. You can find out more about this through the Students Union Office in the Chancellor's Mall.
