  1. All students looking for work should register with the University of Bolton Jobshop website to receive emails of  graduate, part-time and work experience vacancies advertised on this website.   We aim to encourage local employers to advertise their graduate vacancies on this site as well as national companies. Students can have vacancies emailed to them as they come in.
  2. If you are interested in gaining work experience through volunteering then visit www.bolton.ac.uk/volunteering for further information
  3. Graduate Vacancy Partnership (GVP) The website www.gvp.org.uk is currently being located on a new server.  This may cause problems with access to the site for a few weeks.  This website is a partnership between 13 local universities in the north west offering graduate jobs to local students.  The student code needed to access the site is "bolton".

Hobsons have re-launched their graduate facing website (GET) with many new and improved features that provide students with an abundance of tools to help them search and apply for their ideal graduate job. New features include:

International Students Careers resource| -  Over the past year, Glasgow's English as a Foreign Language Unit, have been collaborating to develop a series of job search and career planning seminars for international students whose first language isn't English. These seminars are now available as a pdf document by following the link above.
