Your comments and feedback are a valuable way of providing us with information that we can use to continually develop and improve the service we provide to students.

Use the form below to let us know what we are doing right, or suggest what we can do to improve our service. Your comments will be forwarded to the Student Advisors and we will endeavour to answer, or assign your comment to the appropriate person, within five working days of receipt of your message.

You Said, We Did

To show that we listen to our students, here are some recent examples of action we have taken in direct response to student feedback:

You Said "We would prefer an assignment submission box to be located in the Library".

We Did We have now relocated one of the assignment submission boxes from Chancellor's Mall to the Linkzone based in the Library.   

You Said "We are not aware of the Services provided by the Student Centre".

We Did We have new signage outside the Student Centre that details the services we provide to students. We have started to use Facebook and Twitter to send daily updates to followers to promote key services in the Centre.
