All classes are open to students and staff at the University, as well as the general public.

Back to Netball
A fun, open session developing netball players of all abilities. Coaches on hand to provide a fun, relaxed atmosphere to harness all abilities.
Beach Blast
Come and target those troublesome areas ready for the swimwear with this total toning class!
Boxing Fitness
Glove up and hit the pads with boxing principles to enhance fitness!!
Yoga/Pilates Mix
This class embraces yoga through the practice of physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Promoting bodily and mental control and well being, whilst giving greater stability around the hips and shoulder joints and help develop stronger, healthier backs and flat tums.
Dance Mix
This is a funky relaxed dance class with lots of body movement and a great fat burner. All done to the latest tunes!
Football
With a session for Men and Women, there is the opportunity to develop your football skills in a social environment with a coach on hand to guide you every step of the way.
Total Tone
Exactly what it says! A total toning session aimed at firming up all areas of the body – it's a must do class.
Trampolining
Twist, turn and bounce your way to a better bod under the expert eye of our coaching staff. Not trampolined for a while come and get back to the sport, fancy training for local competitions and uni champs or just come and have a try and bouce for fun, All abilities welcome!!
No Strings Badminton
No need, for a racquet or a playing partner, no strings badminton offers quality coaching and sociable play in a group. Come with friends or pick them up as you play.
Posture Perfect
A yoga/ pilates inspired class aimed to perk up your posture in a laid-back environment where you will be guided through the ways to shape up your body.
Rugby
A development session for all abilities to enhance or learn their rugby playing skills with a coach on hand to guide you every step of the way
Run in England, Running Fitness
Shake of the cobwebs with a morning run around picturesque surroundings. New to the area come along and learn the routes. all abilities welcome.
Zumba
Zumba combines latin and inernational music with a fnd and effective workout system. Come and join the party.
