For this reason, we specialise in small group workshops - often 1 to 1, usually carried out at your premises where we can almost literally sit next to them in their place of work and show them how to do real things relevant to the real workplace.
Demand has recently been increasing for bespoke Marketing and Sales training workshops. Here again, our approach is different. We work with the client's current team and teach them how to learn from colleagues, raise their game through self-evaluation and above all provide excellent customer service.
A lot of our training involves computers and we specialise in the kind of teaching that generates an immediate return. No business today can hope to survive if the staff lack the knowledge and confidence to use Excel, Outlook and Word effectively.
