Sage| and the Institute of Financial Accountants [IFA]| have joined with the University of Bolton to produce a 20 credit degree level module that provides Sage Accounts users with a recognised industry qualification.

We have produced a Distance Learning module that together with on-line support through our Moodle e-Learning| internet application, will enable students to progress through the course and complete a final assessment by the end of a flexible three to six month period.

Student do not even have to buy the computer software as once students have enrolled, they will be provided with a full working version of Sage 50 Accounts Professional 2011, licenced for 12 months; this normally retails at £1,300 (i/c VAT) making our module fee for UK* students, of just £545 excellent value.

Furthermore our students will automatically become Affiliate members of the IFA which for a full year, will entitle them to the IFA's monthly newsletters, access to their extensive library of accounting material and other benefits.

Enrolment is via our School of Business and Creative Technologies |and will be open throughout the year with no formal start and end dates making it easy for our students to start this module when the wish.  It is anticipated that most students will be able to complete the module within 3 to 6 months.
