Employing Our Graduates

The University of Bolton has a growing student body across all academic schools.

Many University of Bolton students work on ‘live’ briefs or projects from business and industry during their study here. As we are an enterprising and flexible university, many of our students join us with a wealth of work experience. The university has a long standing, excellent reputation for the employability of our graduates. We work closely with employers in the North West and nationally to make it easy for them to recruit the students they need.

Part-time vacancies for temporary or voluntary staff are offered through the job-shop initiative which acts as a link between companies who need to recruit and a high quality pool of student labour. Employers are able to advertise for talented staff at no cost to themselves.

Please visit the Careers Service| pages for contact details.

The University is a member of the Graduate Vacancies Partnership and the careers service can arrange for employers to advertise their graduate vacancies through this channel.

It is a website run for the benefit of students from 13 colleges and universities throughout the North West and advertises graduate jobs to students through a password protected website.  This service is provided free of charge.
