STEP Scheme

The STEP scheme is a work experience programme primarily designed for second year undergraduates to gain valuable business experience while completing a technical project or business development idea. The student is monitored throughout and produces a written report on completion of a typical eight-week project. Companies benefit from the skills and knowledge of the undergraduate for a relatively low cost within a structured time frame when often the company cannot spare the resources to devote to a project.
