Why are there two Clearing course lists?
Publicly funded universities and colleges are required by the government to limit the number of students they accept who normally reside in the UK or the EU. However, there are no such restrictions placed on applicants living outside of the UK or EU. This means that certain courses may only be available to international students through Clearing.
