Courses and Entry Requirements

Candidates attending an interview with a representative from the University of Bolton at the British Council Offices in Krakow (9/6/10) or the British Council Offices in Warsaw (10 & 11/6/10) need to bring along a completed University of Bolton application form|, Matura examination results, a copy of the Matura examination results and any English Language qualifications. Places on undergraduate courses are still available in the disciplines mentioned below.

BA (Hons) Product Development.

Extended level subjects:
English @ 70% (= to IELTS 6.0)
1 other subject @ 60%.

Standard level subjects:
2 subjects at Standard level with a score of 60%.
Maths plus 1 other subject.

BEng (Hons) Automobile Engineering,

BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering, BEng (Hons) Electronic & Computer Engineering.

Extended level subjects:
English @ 70% (= to IELTS 6.0).
1 from Maths, Physics/Astronomy, Chemistry @ 60%.

Standard level in either:
Maths, Physics/Astronomy, Chemistry @60%.
and 1 other subject.

BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology

Extended level subjects:
English @ 70% (= to IELTS 6.0)
1 other subject @ 60%.

Standard level subjects:
2 subjects at Standard level with a score of 60%.
Maths plus 1 other subject.

BSc (Hons) Building Surveying & Property Management

Extended level subjects:
English @ 70% (= to IELTS 6.0).
1 from Maths, Physics/Astronomy, Chemistry @ 60%.

Standard level subjects:
2 subjects at Standard level with a score of 60%.
If Maths is not at Extend level then it needs to be at Standard level plus 1 other subject.

BSc (Hons) Civil Engineering.

Extended level subjects:
English @ 70% (= to IELTS 6.0).

Candidates attending an interview with a representative from the University of Bolton at the British Council Offices in Krakow (9/6/10) or the British Council Offices in Warsaw (10 & 11/6/10) need to bring along a completed University of Bolton application form|, original degree certificate and copy and English Language qualification mentioned below.

Bachelor degree and Magister holders will be considered for postgraduate study with grades of 4 (Good) or better and have an IELTS 6.5 English Language qualification or equivalent. In some cases a relevant degree is required for progression onto a Masters level study.
