If you wish to apply for a course starting in January please download the application form and guidance notes below.
This is the correct form to use if you are a home/EU student wishing to apply, either full-time or part-time, for a taught undergraduate or postgraduate course, a professional development course, a teacher training course, an Access to HE Diploma or a health and safety certificate.

Please complete all sections of the application form. Sections 9 and 10 are frequently overlooked by applicants so please take special care to ensure you don't miss them.
Sections 11 and 12 are for your references. For most courses we require one reference. This should preferably be an academic reference, but an employer reference will be acceptable if an academic reference is not available. A small number of courses require two references - one academic reference and one employer reference. Please check the 'How to apply' information for your chosen course to find out which section to complete.
You should also include photocopies of any certificates for qualifications you hold which are relevant to your application. Please DO NOT send in your original certificates.
We strongly recommend that you take a photocopy of your completed application form for your own records. This will be extremely helpful to you if you have queries at a later date.
