Higher Education Role Analysis - HERA

The team are currently engaged in a major job evaluation project which will affect nearly all staff at the University. The job evaluation is being conducted to meet an agreement with the National Trades Unions for the implementation of a new pay framework.

Higher Education Role Analysis (HERA) is the scheme used by the University to assess the relative value of each role, determine the relevant grade for the post and to help the process of other employee based activities.
