If you are interested in becoming a mentor on the scheme all you need to do is read the Mentor Factsheet| and complete the MentorApplicationForm| and send to the Alumni Development Office| p.knipe@bolton.ac.uk|

 

What happens once I have applied?

Once we have received your completed application form, we will email you to confirm receipt.  We will then contact the referee from your form to check to check on your suitability for the scheme. 

 

Once a satisfactory reference has been received, we will invite you in for an informal chat to ensure that you are fully briefed about the project, and understand the commitment involved.  This will also be a chance for you to ask questions.

 

The next stage will be to attend the information and mandatory training session for mentors, followed by a matching event.  You will then be contacted when a student has declared that they would like a mentor with your specialism.
