Before you send your application form back to us please make sure that you have:

• Checked that your form is fully completed, you can refer to the guidance notes if you are not sure.
• Enclosed photocopies or scanned copies of all the required documents (certificates, transcripts and passport).

If you you are happy that your application is fully complete you can return it* by:

• emailing it to intadmissions@bolton.ac.uk (your email subject should be NEW APPLICATION).
• Faxing it to +44 1204 903116.
• Bringing it into Student Services, who are based in Chancellors Mall.
• Posting it to us, our address can be found on our Contact Us page.

* If you are applying through an agent you must return your application form to them and they will send it to us.
