Your comments and feedback are a valuable way of providing us with information that we can use to continually imrpove and develop the service we provide to our customers.

Use the form below to let us know what we are doing right, or suggest what we can do to improve our service. Your feedback will be forwarded to the relevant person and we will endeavour to answer, or assign your feedback to the appropriate person, within five working days of receipt of your message.

To show that we listen to our customers here are some recent examples of action we have taken in direct response to customer feedback:

You said:

"I felt out of the loop from when I received my offer letter to actually starting at the University"

We did:

We now send an email 1 week before starting at the University to welcome new employees and also to ensure they have all relevant paperwork and are prepared for their start date

You said: 

"We need to be consistent for both Academic and Professional Support staff. When will Professional Support staff launch a PR process for Support functions?"

We did:

We launched our Academic Performance Review in 2015, after feedback we have now launched our Professional Support Performance Review. 

You said: 

"There is too much paperwork involved in the recruitment process, it can be confusing at times"

We Did:

We have streamlined our Recruitment process by putting all our application forms and paperwork online which can be emailed to recruitment panels. 

 

You said: 

In my Induction I attended sessions that I didnt think we relevant to me in my role"

We Did:

We have created a bespoke Induction which enables new colleagues to attend sessions that are relevant to them.
