The purpose of the conference is to showcase a variety of collaborative innovations within the local area which have sought to improve patient care and deliver real improvements to the local health economy. We have space for 200 - 250 delegates to come along and be inspired, and to share experiences of thinking 'outside the box'.  The conference offers so much more than 'talking heads' - we want you to actively participate on the day and we think you'll leave feeling better than when you came.
