Contracts with the University of Bolton, under Schedule 1 – Academic Memorandum, state that:
PUBLICITY AND PROGRAMME INFORMATION
“The responsibility for the effective control over the accuracy of all public information, publicity and promotional activity relating to the Programme shall be retained by UOB. Prior to its use, material relating to delivery of the Programme at [PARTNER] which is issued to prospective students and information issued to Students enrolled on the Programme at [PARTNER] must be approved by UOB according to its current procedures.”
In practice this means that whilst materials and handbooks are approved at the validation of the programme, any significant changes to this material must be approved prior to publishing. The route for such approval is via the Collaborative Partnerships Administrator.
Publicity materials including flyers, websites and press advertisements must be approved prior to publishing. The route for such approval is via Press and Communications Officer.
