Applying to the University of Bolton is easy, but there are several different application methods depending on what type of course you wish to apply for.

Applying for undergraduate courses

If you are applying for full-time undergraduate courses you will need to apply via UCAS the national Universities and Colleges Admissions Service who manage applications for UK Higher Education courses.

Access Courses

We offer a number of Access to Higher Education courses.  These are designed for people who have been out of education for a while and help build and develop the key skills needed for further study.  For further information click through to our Pre-degree course information|.

 

Personal Statements

As part of the UCAS online application you will be asked to produce a personal statement.  Please read carefully the Writing a UCAS Personal Statement |information, which will provide guidance on how to structure your statement and details what it should include.
