The Housing Research Sub-group is part of the Inclusive and Sustainable Environments Research Group in the School of Built Environment and Engineering at the University of Bolton.

Our research areas include inclusive and accessible housing, housing maintenance, quality issues in private housing, sustainability, housing renewal and urban regeneration.
