Vincent Y.F. Lui is a PhD Researcher and his primary area of research is on Electronic Business. His current study involves the analysis of the various factors that affect the online shoppers' decision to purchase. Academic Research
My current academic research is focussed on customer knowledge management in organisations. The broader academic research interest include application of various enterprise systems, particularly the information and knowledge systems such as SharePoint, ERP, BI and CRM to enhance customer focus and efficiencies in organisations. This also includes improving business processes and other organisational elements to gain customer knowledge and achieve customer focus in organisations.
Other Research
Along with academic research, my work in association with business and enterprise projects within university includes significant research in other related streams. These research streams include knowledge transfer partnerships between industry and academia, education systems in different nations, and importance of knowledge cycles in business and management education.

My PhD research is on artist development and artist management within the music business with focus on Dance and Trance music.

My current research is in management of supply and distribution of online groceries. The broader interest include application of e-business technologies, particularly the internet and information systems such as ERP and CRM to enhancing businesses from micro to large organisations and improving business processess (i.e. supply and distribution, procurement etc.)

My research studies the convergent relationship between organisational learning, e-learning and supply chain management. An analysis of the impact of e-learning and the adoption models in the supply chain learning structure, the enablers and disablers, especially in emerging economies.
